I've been coaching since 2009, originally focusing on fitness. It didn't take long to realize that the real barrier wasn't just the workouts - it was my client's mindset. The way they spoke to themselves and the stories they told were holding them back, and that internal dialogue was the key factor affecting their results.

That’s when I shifted gears into mindset and communication coaching— if your internal dialogue is wreaking havoc, you won’t be able to communicate clearly and this shows up everywhere. It shows up in your decisions, your relationships, your spoken and written communication and especially your leadership.
